weeDO team responds to all maintenance requests via phone, WhatsApp, and the company’s application.
- The requests will be received by the operations coordinator, assigned directly to the relevant team, and responded to within the allotted time frame.
- The competent technician will receive the request and full fill it within the agreed SLA’s
- Once the job is complete, the customer will be notified through the system, via text message, or via email.
- Upon completion, the maintenance work will be inspected by the quality team.
- On a regular basis, a maintenance report of all completed jobs will be sent to the client
